At Oversoul, every product is made specially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  1. Incorrect size selected by the customer
  2. Change of mind
  3. Color preference issues
  4. Delayed delivery caused by shipping carriers
  5. Sale or promotional items

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at oversoulsupport@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the product
  3. Photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  1. The item received is damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided.
  2. The wrong product was delivered and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 –10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Since all products are custom-made after an order is placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
