Orders & Shipping

1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and courier availability.

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking details will be automatically sent to your email.

3. I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Email us at oversoulsupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. A ₹79 COD fee is charged to cover additional handling and courier processing costs.

Products & Sizing

1. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the Size Chart available on every product page before placing your order.

2. Are Oversoul tees oversized?
Yes. Our products are designed with an oversized fit. Please check the size chart for exact measurements.

3. Will the print fade after washing?
No. We use high-quality printing methods, but we recommend following the wash-care instructions for the best longevity.

Returns & Replacements

1. Do you accept returns?
Since all products are made on demand, we do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

2. When can I request a replacement?
Replacements are only available if:

  • You receive a damaged item.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. How long do I have to report an issue?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). A ₹79 COD handling fee is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

2. My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?
Most banks automatically reverse failed payments within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with your transaction details.
